Beverley Lance has strong negotiation skills, and is an internet marketing expert. She has 20+ years experience as a Florida Real Estate Broker. Beverley has consulted with Buyers, Sellers and Investors from around the world. A native of Canada and now a proud American citizen, Beverley has lived in Florida for more than 25 years. She graduated from Sheridan College and began her career as an Interior Designer. Her passion for architecture and for helping others, made it an easy transition into the exciting world of Real Estate. Beverley began her real estate career in Investment Residential Sales and eventually moved into the Commercial Division full time at a major brokerage house, where she excelled.
