Hi, I'm Bev!

I created this site to help buyers, sellers, and investors feel confident and supported when it comes time to make a move in real estate. After 22 years as a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate — and more than 30 years of buying, selling, and investing myself — I know the process can feel overwhelming. My goal now is to make it simpler by matching clients with top agents across the country and by sharing resources that help you prepare, style, and strategize for success.

My background is a little unique: before real estate, I earned a degree in Interior Design and spent the 1990s helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces. I’ve always had a love for design — from breezy coastal living to rich, eclectic interiors with antiques, art, and garden-inspired details — and I bring that same creative eye to staging tips and home-selling advice today.

On the tech side, I’ve always been a bit of a nerd. Back in 1997, I built my first website for my design business (long before it was common!) and later published nationally syndicated articles about online marketing and business websites. That mix of creativity, design vision, research skills, and real estate expertise has been the through-line of everything I do.

Today, I focus on advising, supporting, and connecting. I take joy in helping homeowners sell smarter, helping buyers and investors make confident choices, and making the whole process feel less stressful and a lot more inspiring.
